Daily expectations of a Customer Service Associate:
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Support with product inquiries, orders, service scheduling, and warranty info
Monitor customer portals and track service/delivery updates
Process payments, order updates, and shipping documents accurately
Collaborate closely with service, sales, and delivery teams
Resolve escalated customer concerns with care and efficiency
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and internal procedures

What You Bring:
35 years of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPass experience a plus
Quick, accurate data entry and 10-key skills
A team-first mindset and keen attention to detail
