CNC Laser Operator

Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC laser equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document production activities and report any discrepancies or issues to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations is a plus. Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines. Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic math skills and proficiency in using measuring tools. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
