You won't be making coffee; you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground force for LUCIA.What you’ll be doing:Campus Guerrilla Marketing: Executing creative awareness campaigns - from custom merch drops to high-visibility physical activations.Digital Intelligence: Researching and identifying niche creator communities, Discord servers, and groups where LUCIA can add value.Strategic Outreach: Assisting with digital networking and building the LUCIA presence where creators actually hang out.QualificationsCurrent University Student: Ideally pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, but not a requirement.Chronically Online: You live on social media and understand the nuances of the North American influencer space.Hustle: You don't wait for a manual; you find a way to get it done.Communication: You can explain complex ideas simply (no jargon allowed).The Pay We’re flexible.
