General Maintenance Technician

Conduct complex preventative maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks. Respond promptly to service calls and resolve maintenance issues with a focus on safety and quality. Troubleshoot malfunctions, document findings, and communicate necessary corrective actions to supervisors. Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing the engineering function of the ranch. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools are returned to their designated storage. Collaborate with other departments to address any maintenance concerns and support overall operations. Train and provide technical advice to fellow maintenance staff as needed. Monitor and maintain fire alarm and life safety systems, ensuring readiness in emergencies. Promote energy conservation and report any ideas for efficiency improvements. Complete work assignments efficiently and within allocated time frames, ensuring minimal rework. What You'll BringStrong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Valid driver’s license and a desire to continuously learn and develop trade-specific skills. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and general maintenance practices. High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
