Position: Accounting Manager Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) Compensation: $135,000-$165,000+BonusWhy the Accounting Manager Opportunity?The Company: A nationally active, vertically integrated real estate private equity firmThe Growth: The firm's expanding portfolio and value-add strategy in supply-constrained markets continues to create increased operational and financial complexity.Opportunity: This Accounting Manager position offers direct collaboration with senior leadership and broad ownership of corporate and executive-level financial operations in a sophisticated investment environment.The Exposure: The Accounting Manager gains hands-on experience across corporate accounting, cash flow management, partnership reporting, tax coordination, and strategic financial projects supporting firm growth.The Accounting Manager's Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:Lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial activity across core functions.Maintain organized, well-controlled financial records and support efficient month-end and year-end close processes.Oversee payroll-related workflows, employee reimbursements, and internal documentation standards.Prepare clear, reliable financial reports and forecasts to support leadership decision-making.Manage cash flow planning, budgeting inputs, and coordination efforts with external tax advisors.Support partnership-related financial tasks and contribute to special initiatives that improve financial efficiency and transparency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within private equity, investment management, family office, or a similar sophisticated financial environmentExperience with partnership accounting and tax reporting strongly preferredAdvanced Excel proficiencyExperience with QuickBooks and YardiStrong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlinesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and within a collaborative teamClear, polished communication skillsLI-MV1INFEB2026
