Fraud Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a First Party Fraud Ops Specialist to join their Fraud Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Review and decision daily applications and existing account cases for first and third party fraud
Monitor live transaction activity to identify high risk transactions related to fraud scenarios
Manage customer dispute claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring effective communication and documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
2+ years of experience in fraud investigations related to first party fraud or synthetic ID fraud
Ability to identify patterns in fraud cases
Experience working independently to resolve cases under service level agreements
Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
