Junior Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various supply chain functions, analyze data to drive operational efficiency, and assist in the management of supply chain processes. You will work closely with senior analysts and supply chain managers to ensure smooth operations and help optimize our supply chain strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Reporting: Generate and maintain regular reports on key supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.Coordination: Support coordination between suppliers, manufacturers, and distribution centers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.Documentation: Maintain and update supply chain documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures, and inventory records.Support: Provide administrative support to senior supply chain staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving supply chain issues, including inventory discrepancies, order delays, and supplier concerns.Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 0-2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
