Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager to manage customer projects to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. The successful candidate should have solid scientific background, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and good business sense. He or she will need to work directly with external clients, coordinate with internal departments, fit with collaborative and competitive culture in GenScript. Job Responsibilities: Take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project Develop project plans within his/her expertise to be shared with clients as well as other members Investigate on any complaints or unsatisfactory products/services and work with production team to meet clients' expectations. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals Update project progress to clients based on project agreement or milestone Provide scientific explanation to unexpected results, and suggest reasonable solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Participate in customer visit and scientific events Work collaboratively with commercial team and production team to ensure customer satisfaction Complete other work assignments from project leader and production department leader according to service standards Assist production department analyzing and introducing potential servicing lines to US Consultant of R&D projects, summarize client's needs and work with production team designing research plans Other relevant duties assigned by management Qualifications: Bachelor or master's degree in biology related field Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience Client orientated, excellent client-facing communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong analytical and time management skills Bilingual in Chinese highly preferred GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is a proud equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to attracting, retaining, and maximizing the performance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
