Description S & P Air Control in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a positive and self-motivating candidate for Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help customers as they quote air movement control products such as louvers, dampers, silencers, and acoustical enclosures needed for a wide variety of commercial and industrial building projects. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for taking calls from customers, prospective customers by effectively selling the company's products and related services based on the needs and applications of our valued customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and develop business relationships with assigned accountsProvide a high level of customer service in a timely, effective and efficient mannerCommunicates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.Identifies advantages and compares organization's products and services.Make contact through telephone and email to existing and prospective customers to present products and information.Follow up on submitted quote requests and project management for existing orders.Monitor and follow up on active jobs and quotesDevelop technical understanding of company products and their applicationsAct as first responder for customer call-in requests regarding products or servicesIt is essential that this position provides good communication between the customers, engineering and the production teams in order to achieve positive customer experienceProcess and enter sales orders and quotations thru internal pricing programDo project take offs for customers as neededMaintain project schedules in quote/project management system ensuring timely project management including Submittals, drawing approvals, Delivery SchedulesOther tasks as assignedParticipating in trade shows as needed.Less than 10% travel to visit key accounts annually To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
