This role emphasizes independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions in accordance with established standards and competencies specific to the area of service. The scope of practice encompasses the care of neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults throughout the life cycle.The RN is responsible for executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, which includes: Assessment Nursing diagnosis Outcome identification Planning Implementation EvaluationThe RN collaborates with other healthcare disciplines to develop and revise individualized plans of care and delegates appropriate activities to other care providers. Active participation in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices is expected. By demonstrating leadership qualities and skills, the RN helps define, implement, and enhance practice standards and the overall environment of care, while promoting exceptional patient care.Shift Notes 36-Hour Guarantee Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd Weekend On Call Requirement: No CallQualifications Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience At least 1 year of travel nursing experience BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) NRP Certification Experience with the Newborn Population Level III NICU experience Experience with Epic EMRAdditional InformationClinicians are expected to comply with all facility requirements, including background checks and other employment prerequisites.
