DevOps Engineer
Overview
In this DevOps Engineer role, you join a delivery-focused team to automate and streamline integration, deployment, and testing across environments. You’ll work with development and operations to improve availability, scalability, and performance, while applying continuous improvement and monitoring practices. You will support production deployments and incident resolution on a rotating on-call basis. This role blends government-focused projects with Agile and DevSecOps principles to drive mission-critical outcomes.

ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a continuous integration pipeline and delivery workflowImprove environment availability, scalability, and performanceSupport DevOps practices: CI/CD, continuous testing, monitoring, and release planningAssist with production deployments and on-call issue resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations
Key requirementsBachelor’s degree plus at least 3 years of technical infrastructure experienceExperience building CI pipelines with HarnessScripting and programming for infrastructure automation (Shell, Python, Bash)Experience monitoring production with Dynatrace, Kibana, SplunkProficiency with Git, Gitlab, Maven/Gradle, Node.js, npm, REST API/curl, jq, Kubernetes/kubectlStrong root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilitiesGood written and verbal communication; teamwork and collaborationgood communicationcollaborationproblem-solvingHarness CIShell/Bash scriptingPython scripting
