Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for a Lead Technician. The Lead Technician will oversee and conduct Protection and Control testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. The role involves diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior technicians, leading projects, and preparing detailed technical reports for client communications. Qualifications Proficiency in Protective Relay Testing, Calibration, and Functional CommissioningExperience in Apparatus/Equipment Testing and troubleshootingStrong leadership and mentoring skills, with an ability to manage team projectsFamiliarity with P&C engineering standards, testing equipment, and toolsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical report writing skillsCommitment to safety standards and protocolsRelevant certifications such as NETA or NICET are preferredWillingness to travel locally as required for project needsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field is an advantage
