Key ObjectivesAccurately input and update patient and operational data in our systems. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency. ResponsibilitiesEnter patient information, appointment details, and other relevant data into electronic databases. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission. Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data records. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues. Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed. Adhere to established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software applications. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
