We are seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to join our R&D organization and play a central role in bringing AI capabilities to production across the platform. This is a core, high-impact role responsible for defining AI architecture standards, shipping production AI features, establishing governance and evaluation frameworks, and partnering directly with R&D leadership to shape the AI roadmap.Essential FunctionsDesign AI integration patterns and architecture standards across the SaaS platformIntegrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) into production featuresBuild RAG systems, vector search, and embedding pipelinesOptimize latency, inference cost, and hallucination guardrailsEstablish model evaluation, benchmarking, and observability processesDefine cost controls, usage monitoring, and security/PHI handling constraintsEvaluate use cases with Product for ROI and feasibilityAdvise leadership on build vs. buy decisions for AI capabilitiesQualifications:5+ years software engineering experience with strong Python backend skillsProduction experience with LLM APIs, RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databasesCloud-native architecture experience, preferably AWSExperience in regulated or security-conscious environmentsProduct-minded systems thinker, comfortable with ambiguity and executive communicationThis is not a research role.
