Manufacturing Engineer -Chemical
The Manufacturing Engineer ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the unit, optimizing production, raw material use, energy consumption, and quality. This role adds value by driving real-time performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a zero-incident safety culture and optimize unit performance.
Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, and other teams to meet safety, cost, and quality goals.
Champion lean/Six Sigma work processes to drive continuous improvement.
Manage production plans, troubleshoot issues, and lead Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Ensure quality standards and support capital project development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering.
3+ years of chemical manufacturing experience.
Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt).
Knowledge of PSM, ISO9001, and DCS systems (Provox/DeltaV).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
