Prep Cook
JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are a small niche corporate catering company looking for a part time cook to help us prep our client's weekly breakfasts and lunches. Our prep days are Sundays and Tuesday's approximately 12-5ish PM at our off site commissary rental space so availability on those two days is required. The position also includes keeping track of inventory as well as unpacking food delivery orders. We make a variety of different genres of food and flavor profiles so need to employ cooks with experience of not only basic cooking techniques, but the ability to taste and season with minimal guidelines. Company owners are not always on site, so we are looking for an experienced cook who can follow instructions, communicate, quality control, and pivot on their feet when necessary. They will be the liaison between the prep team and company owners. Ability to work well with a small team and enjoy yourself is a must!
