We connect business professionals with the right vendors to meet their unique needs, helping vendors grow through pre-screened, high-quality B2B leads.About the RoleWe're looking for a hungry, results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is built for someone who wants to own their outcomes. You'll build your book of business from the ground up through outbound sales, then manage and grow the accounts you win. Your pay is directly tied to your performance, and there's real upside for top performers.This is a full-time, in-office position in Naples, FL. You'll work alongside a small, high-performing team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Sales (New Client Acquisition)Drive new revenue through outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling.Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting through close.Convert prospects into long-term, recurring customers.Onboard new accounts successfully, setting expectations and delivering early value to move accounts from Pilot to Core status.Log all activity and pipeline data in our CRM.Account Management (Book of Business)Manage and grow a portfolio of Core vendor accounts you've built and inherited.Retain accounts and expand revenue through monthly lead cap increases, cross-selling into new categories, and smart pricing strategies.Conduct regular review calls to drive results and resolve challenges.Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, delivering a consistently strong client experience.Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead quality and vendor fit.CompensationYour comp is structured to reward execution and give you direct control over what you earn. Everything is tied to your own results.Base Salary: Competitive, based on experienceNew Account Commission: Earned on collected revenue from each new account sold, paid monthly as revenue is collectedCore Activation Bonus: A per-account bonus paid when a new account successfully graduates from Pilot to Core statusBook of Business Bonus: A percentage of revenue from your Core accounts, paid quarterly, with a retention multiplier that rewards strong account retention and penalizes churnStrong performers have a clear path to exceed OTE.
