Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Washington, PA. The Project Manager will oversee construction and renovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing logistics, supervising inspections, and streamlining the project execution process through effective expediting. The role also involves addressing challenges and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. Qualifications Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex construction and renovation projectsExperience in expediting and logistics management to ensure seamless material and resource availabilityProficiency in conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulationsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skillsStrong communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and team membersProficiency in project management software is a plusBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
