Senior AccountantBeaver Falls, PA 15010 (Hybrid) | $90,000 - $120,000An established and growing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its U.S. finance team. This hands-on, accounting-focused role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, supporting timely month-end close processes, and ensuring strong financial controls. The position also contributes to ongoing finance modernization initiatives.The Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with FP&A, operations, sales, and HR teams, with exposure to financial reporting, analysis, and ERP transformation projects, while maintaining a strong focus on accounting quality, compliance, and internal controls.Senior Accountant Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute month-end and year-end close activities in accordance with U.S. GAAP and applicable international accounting standardsPerform account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and ensure accurate account classificationsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely and well-documented mannerThe Senior Accountant will assist with preparation of financial statements and external audit deliverablesContribute to strengthening internal controls and improving accounting processesManage sales tax reporting and filings in coordination with external advisorsConduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior year) and explain key driversPrepare monthly analytical reports to support management decision-makingThe Senior Accountant will assist with KPI reporting and data validation in collaboration with FP&AMonitor budget adherence and cost center performanceIdentify risks or unusual trends based on accounting insightsPreferred Qualifications of the Senior Accountant RoleBachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field5–7 years of relevant U.S. accounting experienceDemonstrated experience managing month-end close and balance sheet reconciliationsExperience with ERP systems (Dynamics or Navision preferred)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
