Lead Oracle HCM Developer

Oracle HCM Cloud LeadRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.7+ years of enterprise HR systems experience with strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.Experience leading Oracle HCM functional workstreams or implementations.Strong understanding of HR processes, system configuration, integrations, data, and reporting.Hands-on experience with requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsOracle HCM Cloud certification(s).Experience with large-scale HCM implementations and Oracle quarterly updates.Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration platforms.Experience with Oracle HCM security, roles, OTBI, and BI Publisher.Experience in complex or regulated enterprise environments.Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies.
