overall sales execution across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer, replacement, and in-home sales operations throughout the Southeast region.This role will oversee Sales Managers, Comfort Advisors, Sewer Sales Specialists, and in-home sales teams while partnering closely with Operations, Service, Installation, Call Center, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to improve KPIs, strengthen accountability, optimize sales processes, and create a high-performance culture.The ideal candidate is a proven multi-location sales leader with strong residential home services experience, a deep understanding of in-home sales, and the ability to coach teams, improve close rates, and scale operational performance across multiple business lines.What You'll DoSales Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop Sales Managers, Comfort Advisors, Sewer Sales Specialists, and sales support teamsConduct ride-alongs, field coaching, performance reviews, and leadership development sessionsBuild accountability and consistency across all regional sales teamsRecruit, hire, onboard, and retain top-performing sales talentFoster a high-performance culture focused on customer experience, accountability, and resultsRevenue Growth & Operational PerformanceDrive HVAC, plumbing, sewer, and electrical revenue growth across the Southeast regionDevelop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectivesImprove replacement sales opportunities, lead conversion, and in-home sales effectivenessPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Service, Installation, Dispatch, and Call Center teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experienceSupport sewer replacement, excavation, water line, and financing growth initiativesKPI & Performance ManagementMonitor and improve key sales performance metrics including:Sales close rateAverage ticketRevenue per leadFinancing penetrationLead conversionBooking percentagesMaintenance-to-replacement conversionSewer inspection conversion ratesGross profit performanceCustomer satisfaction metricsProcess Optimization & ReportingStandardize and improve sales Qualifications5+ years of residential home services sales experienceStrong leadership experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer, or in-home sales environmentsProven success leading high-performing sales teams across multiple locationsExperience managing KPIs, revenue growth, profitability, and sales performanceStrong coaching, leadership, and organizational development skillsExperience conducting ride-alongs, field coaching, and performance managementStrong understanding of:Residential replacement salesSewer and excavation salesCustomer financing programsIn-home sales presentationsValue-based selling techniquesExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, Microsoft Office, and reporting toolsAbility to travel regionally up to 50%Preferred QualificationsMulti-location leadership experience within residential home servicesExperience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management softwareExperience leading HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Sewer sales organizations simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferredWorking
