Recording Refund CoordinatorAs the Recording Refund Coordinator you will follow up, review and audit all post disbursement transactions.
What You Will DoDaily Trial Balance Review
Review and audit recording fee ledgers, issue refunds via check or wire based on state and client specific guidelines
Review all stale dated check reports, and perform due diligence
Review and manage all escheatment responses and submissions to vendors
Work closely with Closing Operations, Treasury, and Disbursement teams
What You Will BringProficient in Microsoft Office
Strong Customer Service Focus
Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong Attention to Detail, Including Data Entry Proficiency
Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines
Capability to Work both independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with Computers, including Online Searching and Typing
