Role Player & Simulation Specialist

Summary:Performs scripted roles to simulate emergency response situations, enhancing realism and training outcomes.Duties:Act as civilians, responders, or officials during exercises.Follow scripts and improvise as directed.Help stress-test participants' decision-making.Support setup of props and role-play elements.Schedule & Location:Only required during live exercise events , rehearsals, and site visits.Onsite locations include Camp Grayling, Lansing, Alpena, and other field sites.No regular office or remote hours.Qualifications:Experience in acting, emergency services, or trainingAbility to follow structured scenariosPowered by JazzHR
