The Regional Manager will oversee regional sales and operations to achieve revenue and growth targets. The Regional Sales Manageris responsible for driving commercial sales growthby developing and managing relationships with waterproofing, roofing, and restoration contractors, architects, specifiers, consultants, owners, and engineers. The individual will also support and work closely with our local distribution partners. This role focuses on increasing market awareness, providing product expertise, supporting the bidding process, and identifying new business the opportunities while reinforcing proprietary specifications for company products.Covering: ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, OH, WV, Western NY, andWestern PAResponsibilities: Managing a sales team, creating and executing strategic business plans, and providing training and support to salesCollaborate with internal teams, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to expand market presenceWorks with the existingindependent reps, contractors, and distribution networks in promoting and developing the awareness level of Kemper System's product line in the specified market areaIdentifies and establishes relationships with new accounts to grow market shareCollaborates with team on business plan to achieve the annual sales target established by KemperDevelops and prepares reports on competitor's activity in local marketKnowledge and understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques, including utilizing CRM for pipeline management and project trackingVisit project sites and review conditions for application of materialsCandidate must be able to speak in front of contractors, architects, specifiers, consultants, owners, and engineersConfident in formal presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively communicate, both written and verballyQualifications: Technical sales expertise, with the ability to articulate complex product benefits and installation requirementsIndependent, competitive, and self-motivated, balancing short-term sales targets with long-term business growthExcellent relationship builder and communicator, engaging effectively with contractors, architects, and the design communityStrategic problem solver and planner, with the ability to navigate challenges, drive activity through others, and manage territory and product lines efficiently5-10 years of sales experience in the building materials and, or architectural and design community, with a strong understanding of general construction processes, blueprints, and specificationsCompany Description: Kemper System America, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of cold liquid-applied resin systems for plaza waterproofing, green roofing, cool roofing, historic restoration, and waterproofing of various surfaces.
