Are you ready to join in this transformational work?You’ll make an impact when you …Provide timely and accurate financial information and reports for the Wycliffe USA Board, CEO, COO and CFO. Reports observable trends and variances that may affect decision-making.Ensure compliance with federal, state and local applicable laws and regulations by staying abreast of existing and new legislation and filing of applicable reports. Informs and advises Executive Leadership on potential risks and recommended mitigation strategies.Are responsible for planning and completion of the year-end audit and collaboration with external auditors, including the annual consolidation and audited financial statements.Assist the CFO by representing Wycliffe USA on various boards and committees, such as the Audit Committee, Retirement Plan Committee, Health Plan Advisory Committee, and other ad hoc committees.Initiate and cultivate relationships with the finance leadership of the partner and other like-minded non-profit organizations.Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.This job might be for you if …You’re passionate about praying for Bible translation work and seeing lives around the world transformed by God’s Word.You have a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; CPA or relevant financial certification preferred, seven or more years of progressive financial leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).You’ll thrive here if …You ground yourself in Jesus.You embrace collaboration.You encounter change with resilience and flexibility.It’s a bonus if …You demonstrate leadership experience within a global faith-based non-profit organization preferred.You have experience with planned giving administration and oversight is beneficial.Job Location: Orlando, FLYou must be legally authorized to work in the United States as per U.S. employment laws.Compensation: The pay range for this position is $98,567 - $126,368. The range for this position is based upon and considers Wycliffe’s non-profit ministry environment.
