We’re offering the unique opportunity for a driven leader to develop alongside the top-performing franchisees in the Renew Medic system and, within three to six months, take over as Director of Operations of the Atlanta business as our founders focus on launching a second location in Houston, TX. We anticipate significant future growth as our Atlanta business is still very young, and you will have the opportunity to grow your responsibility and compensation commensurately.Our CEO, Chas Smithgall, previously led the largest franchisee in the Aaron's system with over $150 million in revenue and 104 locations before exiting, and he and David Maldonado have partnered to build a platform in the restoration space with a tremendous opportunity for growth.What You’ll Do:Train under experienced, highly successful franchise operatorsLead day-to-day operationsFoster a sales-driven culture and build relationships with mitigation and restoration contractors, insurance adjusters, agents, and other referral partnersBuild a high-performance culture where technicians, builders, finishers and project coordinators feel supported, respected, and set up for long-term successLead hiring efforts and create upward mobility through skill development and clear career pathingEnsure operational excellence across scheduling, production, invoicing, and collectionsManage financial activities including budgeting and forecasting, with full accountability for P&L performanceServe as a visible, hands-on leader with daily in-person presenceWho We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience leading and motivating teams; experience in home services or restoration is a plusProven operational leadership experience required; exposure to P&L responsibility is a plusBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredPlaybook-driven leadership style with a bias for actionStrong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skillsHigh energy, adaptability, and a proven track record of delivering resultsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsDeep respect for the Skilled Trades or other people-driven, operationally intensive industriesSalary Range:$125,000 to $175,000If you’re a high-performing operator who wants to join a fantastic team and a well-capitalized platform at its early stage and values hustling, accountability, and taking care of the people doing the work, we want to hear from you.
