Shift available:
Monday through Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification.
Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
At least two years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in an ABA clinic setting.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and client populations.
Conduct behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate goals.
Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
Collect and analyze data to track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in research and continuing education to stay informed about the latest developments in applied behavior analysis.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Attend and contribute to team meetings and case discussions.
Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
Support the ABA Program Director with administrative tasks and development of program strategies.
