The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on landscaping experience, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and coordinate landscaping crews on daily operationsManage on-site project workflow, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality controlRead and interpret landscape plans and specificationsOperate landscaping equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfactionEnforce safety protocols and company policies on job sitesAssist with material orders, inventory management, and project documentationRequirements:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in landscaping Strong knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, and construction practicesAbility to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordPhysical ability to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditionsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary: $18 to $30 per hour, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonusesPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementHow to Apply: Email us at Tyler@spswi.com to apply!
