Assembler Level 2, Chelmsford, MA Seeking a Painter- Microelectronics Assembler in Chelmsford, MA. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role. In this role, you'll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production. What You'll Do: Use automated and/or manual equipment to apply conformal coat to electronic assemblies and touch up as necessary. Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instruction and drawings. Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements. Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions and work instruction processes. Work with microscopic to large components that may require visual magnification. Use various hand tools (such as tweezers, rulers, and cutters) and pneumatic tools (such as torque drivers, and screwdrivers). Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes. Collaborate with team members to improve throughput and continuous improvement. Job Details: Must be US Citizen. Active Secret Clearance or Ability to Obtain Interim Secret Clearance. 4/10B Work Week 1st Shift; 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Tues - Fri, or Mon -Thurs with possibility for Overtime $24.00/hr. Duration: 7/20/2026-2/26/2026 Non-Exempt Contract Position Worker will work Onsite Full Time Mandatory: Experience with conformal coat. Familiar with paint equipment. Willingness to cross train in other Non-assembly (commodity areas). Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610. Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred. Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment. Strong work ethic and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role. High school diploma or GED required. Desired: N/A
