An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Pharmacist to join a growing specialty pharmacy team. The pharmacy is seeking a driven individual with strong work ethic and passion for patient care in the specialty infusion space.Term of Assignment: Contract to Hire | Start ASAP (client is focused on finding the right fit)Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)Job Duties:Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions requiring infused medicationsManage specialty therapies including factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, subcutaneous therapies, and IV infusionsEducate patients and caregivers on medication administration, side effect management, adherence, and safe medication handling in the homeCollaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and internal care coordinators to ensure continuity of careAssist with reimbursement processes, prior authorizations, and patient financial assistance programsSupport specialty pharmacy operations and clinical patient management initiativesRequirements:Active Tennessee Pharmacist License requiredCareTend experience is a major plusOpen to obtaining additional state pharmacist licensesStrong communication and patient counseling skillsInterest in long-term growth opportunities within the companyTeam/Culture:Small, collaborative specialty pharmacy environmentVery low prescription volume allowing for quality-focused patient careLeadership team invested in employee growth and developmentOpportunity for long-term advancement and ownership potentialFacility Details:Specialty PharmacySoftware System: CareTend (training available)Very low script volumeFor more information on this position and other opportunities with RPh on the Go, please contact Mariyah Easterly.
