With a full complement of services for residential and commercial luxury properties, you can count on Adamas to exceed your expectations.Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have an opening at our Monmouth Beach, NJ location.Schedule: Monday & Friday (11am-7pm) -Tuesday-Wednesday & Saturday 8am-4pmPay: $16.50Responsibilities:Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areasPerform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building.Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionMaintain inventory and organize all building tools and suppliesSnow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter monthsOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessaryRequirements:Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to meet deadlinesCustomer service experienceBenefits:Weekly PayMedical, Dental, 401KVisionEmployee Referral ProgramEOE
