We’re looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow and strengthen our presence across South Texas.About the RoleAs a Territory Sales Representative, you will take ownership of a defined region – driving customer engagement, strengthening retail relationships, and ensuring execution excellence across retail and trade channels. You’ll play a key role in influencing sales performance through brand advocacy, strategic planning, and hands-on field support.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain strong relationships with retailers and trade partnersExpand market coverage by identifying new opportunities and opening new accountsExecute merchandising, product placement, and promotional displaysConduct regular field visits (60–75 stores per week) to drive visibility and salesEducate store owners and staff to increase product awareness and sell-throughMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and territory performanceUse CRM tools and sales data to track performance and optimize strategyCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teamsProvide regular reporting and insights to support business growthWho You Are2–3+ years of experience in field sales, territory management, or CPG environmentsStrong communicator with excellent relationship-building skillsStrategic and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actionHighly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independentlyTech-savvy with CRM or sales tracking toolsValid driver’s license and reliable vehicle requiredBased in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OhioPreferred:Experience in tobacco, nicotine, vape, or adjacent industriesBackground in CPG or DSD environments (beverage, snack, convenience)What We OfferCompetitive annual base salaryCar allowancePhone allowancePerformance bonusMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability insurance401kPTO
