Electronics Assembler

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Electronics Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in electronics assembly, schematic reading, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Key Responsibilities: * Assemble electronic devices and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and IPC 610 standards * Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings accurately * Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and ohmmeters to perform precise assembly tasks * Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components and wire electrical panels with attention to detail * Build electrical panels by following blueprint specifications and wiring diagrams * Conduct mechanical assembly of electro-mechanical components using machining tools when necessary * Troubleshoot assembly issues through engineering troubleshooting techniques * Verify component placement and solder joints in compliance with IPC 610 standards * Maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to safety protocols * Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and troubleshoot technical issues *Requirements* * Proven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing and surface mount technology * Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings * Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical wiring practices * Skilled in soldering techniques, including surface mount soldering (SMT) * Ability to use hand tools such as calipers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and power tools effectively * Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies * Experience with electrical panel building and wiring electrical components * Strong mechanical aptitude for machining and component installation * Competence in using testing instruments such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in manufacturing processes If you are passionate about electronics manufacturing and committed to producing high-quality assemblies, we encourage you to apply today.
