You will be responsible for leading residential and commercial projects from commencement to successful completion. That includes working independently or leading apprentice electricians. Install, repair, and test residential and commercial electrical systems Measure, cut, bend, thread, etc. and install wire and electrical cable Install lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls, and other items associated with lighting systems Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical component and system issues Be resourceful in finding solutions to obstacles Keep prompt, honest, and transparent communication between all parties Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements and timely reporting of violations Optimize time and material usage by choosing appropriate tools and methods Delegate tasks and assist with training other employees Performs other project-related duties and assignments as instructed. Deliver outstanding customer service Proven ability to excel in prioritization, punctuality/time management, documentation Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of electrical experience is required Doing work that exceeds code and that you and our clients can be proud of.
