Parts Department ManagerEagle Chevrolet GMC is looking for a Parts Department Manager to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage a small parts team while supporting our entire Service Department to ensure our vehicles and customers are taken care of efficiently.If you have experience in automotive parts, enjoy leading a team, and want to be part of a tight-knit, professional, hometown dealership, we'd love to meet you.What We're Looking For:Experience in automotive parts management preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of GM parts systems a plus, or general dealership/parts experienceStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and motivate a small team while working hands-on with parts operationsExcellent communication skills with staff, vendors, and service advisorsDetail-oriented and self-motivatedResponsibilities:Manage all parts department operations, including ordering, inventory control, and pricingMaintain strong relationships with vendors and manage supply efficientlySupport Service Department with parts needed for repairs, warranty work, and maintenanceLead and coach the parts team, ensuring accurate and timely parts deliveryCoordinate wholesale parts sales and manage marginsEnsure accurate records, reporting, and adherence to dealership and GM standardsSchedule & Compensation:Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays, standard dealership hoursSalary: $70,000–$90,000 depending on experienceBenefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceEagle Chevrolet GMC values craftsmanship, teamwork, and community, and we're looking for a Parts Manager who wants to grow their career in a supportive, professional environment.J-18808-Ljbffr
