Therapy/Rehabilitation - PT Outpatient

Details in Sub Instructions!** Position / Specialty: PT Outpatient - Pelvic Health Physical Therapist This position would be seeing all pelvic floor patients, male and females Opportunity to covert to perm after their travel contract is up Open to 13-26 Week contracts! Shift: M-F 8:30-5 Ratios/Daily Caseload: Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: None Certs REQ: BLS and IL state PT license required. Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is M-F. Locals accepted: Yes- no radius. Must have active IL license in hand to apply or already applied RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days. Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift. Cerner experience preferred. Must be in IL 3 business days prior to compliance HDD in order to meet fingerprinting requirements.
