Company Description Dev Launchers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that uses technology and human connection to create opportunities in tech for individuals from diverse backgrounds. The organization is focused on building an open source platform to impart marketable skills, running in-person sessions with tech mentors, and creating a network of developers and educational institutions to generate opportunities for all. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a React Developer (Volunteer Position) at Dev Launchers. The React Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using React.js. Day-to-day tasks include coding, testing, debugging, and collaborating with the team to create innovative solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in React.js and JavaScriptExperience with front-end development and building web applicationsKnowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a teamStrong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with version control systems like GitPassion for creating positive impact through technologyPrior experience with open source projects is a plus
