Construction Laborer/Operator/Cement Finisher

Job Summary Aplex, Inc. is seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers/Cement Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team on different job sites. Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks as directed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to ensure personal and team safety. Assist in the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as required. Experience Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used in construction is advantageous. Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. Ability to work on the ground to work and handle being on your feet for hours. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
