Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Healing Palms Behavioral Center is seeking energetic, dedicated, and professional RBTs seeking to work with children with ASD and other behavioral and developmental conditions. This role will require implementing behavioral strategies laid out by the supervising Lead Analyst using skill-acquisition and behavior reduction.
Responsibilities:
Implementing ABA strategies at-home, at-school, or in the community settings.
Carrying out behavioral strategies as they are laid out in the treatment plan for social and daily living skills acquisition, communication, behavior reduction, etc.
Regular note taking and data compilation using an online data collection program.
Complying with a weekly supervision with BCBA (Lead Analyst) who will provide positive and corrective feedback during sessions.
Review progress and offer support to families/caregivers
Experience:
Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Autism Studies, Behavior Analysis, or related fields
At least 1 year of RBT experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the US
Fluent and literate in English (other languages are a plus for the available cases!)
High school diploma or equivalent
RBT Board Certification and 40-Hour RBT Training
Completed AHCA and APD certifications
Medicaid provider and NPI
Level 2 Background Check
