TSSCI IT Support Specialist with Security Clearance
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a qualified TS/SCI IT Support Specialist in support of one of are large federal clients in Virginia. This candidate will be supporting and be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining all IT support for one of their local offices. Their day to day will include but is not limited to: - Providing IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and application issues - Managing, tracking, and resolving service tickets and user requests - Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, etc. - Supporting user access, authentication, and basic system connectivity issues Performing routine system updates and maintenance to ensure reliability and security - Escalating complex technical or security-related issues as appropriate - Assisting with IT asset tracking and equipment inventory - Delivering responsive, customer-focused technical support in a secure environment Required Skills & Experience - Active TS/SCI clearance- 5+ years of experience supporting classified or controlled IT systems, including system administration, secure user access, and compliance with security requirements.- Active SEC + certification
