The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion systems. Additional tasks include providing training and technical support to clients on how to operate security systems and ensuring superior customer service while addressing field service requests efficiently.QualificationsProficiency in Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectivelyStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and ensure their satisfactionExperience in Training clients to operate security systems confidently and proficientlyAbility to work independently in a field environment with excellent time management and attention to detailBasic understanding of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion systems is preferredTechnical certification or relevant experience in electronic security systems is a plusValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
