Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Journeyman Electrician located in Northwest Arkansas. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. This includes interpreting blueprints, specifications, troubleshooting, and ensuring that installations and repairs meet all safety regulations and compliance standards. Collaboration with team members to ensure efficient project execution and providing exceptional customer service are integral to the role. Qualifications Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshootingProficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and specificationsStrong understanding of electrical safety standards, codes, and regulationsAbility to work collaboratively in team settings and effectively communicate with clients and coworkersProblem-solving skills and adaptability to handle challenges in a variety of environmentsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical training or certification is preferredValid Journeyman Electrician license in Arkansas; additional certifications are a plusPhysical ability to work on-site, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in various environmentsCommitment to upholding the company’s values of integrity, quality, and teamwork
