Security Analyst Engineer

All work will be performed onsite. This contract will support theCBL's mission is to provide experimentation support to the C- CDID with a dynamic networkexperimentation integrated with CO, DODIN-A, EW, and IA through the Cyber Battle Lab’sExperimentation Branch (EB), Environments Support Branch (ESB), and the Army PersistentExperimentation Environment (APEN) Cyber Enterprise Service Center (CESC). The CBLThe Experimentation Support contract will provide support in the form of experiments, assessments,analyses and network support that will validate the proposed new technical solutions to resolveknown Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership & Education, Personnel, FacilitiesPolicy (DOTMLPF-P) capability gaps within the CO, EW, Network, and IA force modernizationlines of effortSecurity Analyst Engineer BLCSE shall: Provide Computer Network Defense (CND) support tothe BLCSE within the Cyber Enterprise Systems Center (CESC) to ensure products, systems,and services comply with all appropriate Information Assurance policies/procedures, networkdefense requirements and best practices as prescribed by the Office of the Director of NationalIntelligence (ODNI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Department of Defense (DoD),Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), the CSSPTIER-II, and local authorities. Must have at least two (2) years of experience with Cyber SecurityCS disciplines within the DoD and/or other agencies within the United States Government. Mustbe familiar with the requirements outlined in the most current.Evaluator Scoring Metric (ESM). Shall have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of concentrated related experienceIA/CS discipline experience. Additional training, certifications, and/or years of relevanttechnical experience may be substituted for a degree. Demonstrated experience with DoD Directive 8500.01E, Chairman Joint Chiefsof Staff (CJCS) Instruction 6510.01, DoD Instruction O-8530.2, Knowledge of the DoD, IC, and national level system security initiatives, and Local AreaNetwork (LAN) / Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies. On day one, the contractor must have a baseline certification requirement to include eitherGCIA (preferred), CEH, GCIH, SCYBER, CFR, CSA+, or GICSP certification. Within 6 months of assignment to the position, the contractor must have a CISA,** or GSNA, ora cyber/information/network security advanced degree approved by the IAM/COR.
