Senior Associate AI/ML Engineer
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 6+ years of experience and strong expertise in Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. The role focuses on building and deploying production-ready AI applications, autonomous agents, RAG solutions, and multi-agent workflows.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.Build and operationalize LLM-powered Generative AI applications.Develop Agentic AI systems for reasoning, planning, decision-making, and task execution.Build multi-agent workflows and AI orchestration solutions.Design and implement RAG and knowledge retrieval solutions.Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, testing, and optimization.Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams on AI solutions.Establish practices for AI governance, security, scalability, and responsible AI.Leverage AI coding accelerators such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Codex to improve engineering productivity.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or Data Science experience.Strong Python programming expertise.Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications.Production experience delivering Generative AI solutions.Experience with Agentic AI, autonomous agents, or multi-agent systems.Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG, vector search, and AI application patterns.Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.Experience integrating AI services with enterprise applications and APIs.Strong software design, testing, and scalable application development experience.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Benefits (W2)Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planEEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
