IT AdministratorLocation: Bountiful, UT Job Type: Full-Time, Salary/ExemptPosition Summary:We are seeking a hands-on IT Administrator responsible for both daily IT operations and long-term strategy. This role oversees the full lifecycle of IT systems—including infrastructure, Microsoft 365, devices, networking, security, vendors, and budgeting—ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology that supports business operations and growth. The ideal candidate balances user support and maintenance with planning, standardization, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Manage IT infrastructure: servers, networks (firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi), and cloud systemsAdminister Microsoft 365, Active Directory, devices, and business applicationsProvide user support, onboarding/offboarding, and remote team assistance (on-call as needed)Maintain cybersecurity: endpoint protection, access controls, backups, and disaster recoveryMonitor systems for performance, uptime, and reliabilityManage vendors, licensing, and IT costsMaintain documentation, asset inventory, and standard processesLead projects, system upgrades, and (IT strategy/roadmapQualifications:3–7+ years of IT Administrator experienceStrong networking, Windows server, and Microsoft 365 expertiseSolid troubleshooting, security, and communication skillsSuccess Metrics:High uptime and system reliabilityStrong security postureFast support and high user satisfactionAccurate documentation and smooth onboarding/offboardingCost-effective, scalable IT operations
