Job Description:Material Review Board (MRB) AdministratorLocation: 1111 Lakeside Drive | Gurnee, IL 60031-4099 Company: Ohio Medical🌟 Position OverviewThe MRB Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining product quality and compliance by overseeing all nonconforming materials from initial identification through final disposition. This position ensures timely resolution of material issues, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and supports supplier communication to uphold GMP standards.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Facilitate and lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of action itemsDocument and retain accurate meeting minutes and decisionsIdentify nonconforming or potentially nonconforming stock and initiate appropriate containment actionsConduct preliminary root cause analysis and coordinate supplier returns or corrective actionsCommunicate with suppliers regarding identified nonconformances and manage return or credit processesEnsure compliance with internal quality procedures and regulatory requirements throughout the disposition process📋 QualificationsProfessional Experience1–2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment; medical device industry preferredWorking knowledge of inspection, measuring, and test equipmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredLanguage SkillsFluency in English requiredSpanish proficiency preferred but not mandatoryTravel RequirementsThis position does not require travel🧠 Personal Attributes & SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyBasic math skills (addition and subtraction using whole numbers)Competent in data entry and review using computer systemsProblem-solving ability in standardized situationsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team settingsCapable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environmentPay Range:$45,772.00-$52,653.00
