Parts Counterperson

Parts Counter PersonThe Parts Counter Person is responsible for greeting and working with customers, technicians, and advisors in a friendly professional manner. Assist customers, technicians and advisors in selecting and purchasing parts and accessories. Using dealership's computer system to look up parts, inventory, and process orders. Provide accurate pricing, availability, and order status information. Support service technicians by locating, ordering, and delivering needed parts promptly. Maintain parts department shelves, displays, and keeping counter areas neat and organized.
