Job Description Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator (Electrical)Location: Southwest Twin Cities Metro, MNEmployment Type: Full-TimeI’m currently representing a growing commercial electrical contractor in the Southwest Twin Cities metro that is looking to add a Project Manager / Estimator to their team.This hire is being made to increase internal capacity and support continued growth. The role will work closely with ownership and play a hands-on part in both managing active projects and supporting estimating efforts.Responsibilities:Oversee multiple commercial electrical projects ranging from $50K–$2MAssist with estimating, bidding, and project handoffCoordinate with field teams, clients, and vendorsManage budgets, schedules, documentation, and change ordersSupport day-to-day operational and office needsIdeal Background:3–8+ years of project management and/or estimating experience in constructionElectrical background preferred (but not required)Comfortable managing multiple projects at onceOrganized, proactive, and team-orientedThis is a solid opportunity for someone looking to take on a visible role within a growing operation and work directly with company leadership.Interested?
