Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off and holidays, 401(k) plan with company match, life insurance, flexible spending and health savings account, mental health support and resources, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.LOCATION: This position requires onsite presence at our project site on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-LakehurstAbout The JobThe Tepa Companies are seeking a Real Property Specialist to support the management and accountability of Real Property assets by conducting inventories, maintaining accurate property records, and ensuring compliance with DoD and Army regulations.Job FunctionsReviews and reconciles Real Property records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across government databases and supporting documentation.Maintains supporting documentation and records for Real Property assets in accordance with federal, DoD, and Army recordkeeping requirements.Conducts data quality reviews and identify discrepancies, recommending corrective actions to maintain the integrity of Real Property inventories.Supports Real Property accountability by tracking asset lifecycle events, including acquisitions, transfers, demolitions, and disposals.Assists with the preparation of reports, metrics, and status updates related to Real Property management activities and compliance requirements.Research and interpret Real Property policies, regulations, and guidance to ensure compliance with evolving federal and military requirements.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, or a related field preferred.Experience in Real Estate and Real Property, GFEBS, HQIIS, or similar systems.Experience working as a contractor to Federal Government entities, in a structured environmentAbility to possess a government-issued access cardStrong team player capable of adapting to a changing work environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and short deadlinesOutstanding attention to detail with good problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
