Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Insurance Sales Representative Yolanda Santana Harris and Brian Harris State Farm are seeking a driven, coachable Insurance Sales Representative to join our expanding agency. This position requires an immediate start date and is ideal for someone ready to develop strong sales skills, build deep insurance knowledge, and grow into a rewarding, long-term career. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed—along with a performance-based compensation plan that rewards your results. Key Responsibilities Contact potential customers and generate qualified leads through phone calls, email, referrals, and networking Recommend and sell insurance products (auto, home, life, and health) based on customer needs Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust, improve retention, and drive referrals Meet or exceed sales targets consistently while maintaining professionalism and integrity Participate actively in coaching and training to build product knowledge and confidence quickly Qualifications You must genuinely enjoy and love sales and be energized by building relationships and helping customers Persistent and resilient, able to stay focused despite obstacles Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and guide customers to informed decisions Customer-centric, consultative, and solution-driven approach Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with strong follow-up skills Insurance experience is highly valued Licensing (Washington): Must possess Washington insurance licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health prior to hire. Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus.
